San Diego-based Barnhart Inc. has promoted Dave Roach to senior vice president. Roach, who joined the general contractor and construction manager in 2003, previously was a vice president.
He assumes principal-in-charge duties for San Diego Unified School District's Lincoln High School Reconstruction project and the district's Florence Griffith Joyner Elementary School.
Roach has an MSE degree in civil engineering and construction management from the University of Michigan and is a certified civil engineer in California.
