Rick Hart has been named director of quality assurance for Escondido-based Mayer Roofing Inc. Hart will lead a team of roofers who will serve as inspectors and educators of the company's 500 roofing employees.
Hart, assisted by Statia Winn, a longtime Mayer employee, is working to certify the monitoring process through the National Association of Home Builders' quality assurance program.
