Construction is underway on the first of five buildings in Highland Corporate Center in Fairfield

Panattoni Construction Inc. has broken ground on the first of five buildings at Highland Corporate Center in Fairfield. FWA Architecture designed the office building.
The first building in the 10-acre business park complex is a three-story 75,000-sq.-ft. office facility, and is located at the corner of Hilborn and Martin. The building features tilt-up construction, a 4,000-sq.-ft. boardroom with specialty acoustics and audio/video capabilities. The facility will also contain 1,000 sq. ft. of freezer/cooler space.
Construction is slated to be completed by May.
