San Diego-based Johnson & Jennings General Contracting has completed tenant improvement construction for the 10,355-sq.-ft. offices of PharmaNet Inc., an international drug development company in the Sorrento Mesa area of San Diego.
Seaview PFG is the building owner and Shidler West Investment Partners is the property manager. Facility Solutions served as space planner for the project.
The scope of work for the $249,110 project included demolition of the existing office space and construction of new private offices, a conference room, training room, two break rooms and a reception area. Electrical and mechanical systems were upgraded, new millwork and flooring installed and the space was painted throughout.
