San Diego-based Roel Construction has completed the construction of a seven-level, 1,617-space parking garage for Qualcomm Inc. The 565,268-sq.-ft. structure will consist of five levels above grade and two below.
Craig Perry of Perry Consulting Inc. was the project manager for QUALCOMM. Architects Delawie Wilkes Rodrigues Barker was the architect. Consultants included Walsh Engineers, ILA + Zammit Engineering Group, Hope Engineering, RBF Consulting, CTE, and Wimmer Yamada and Caughey.
Subcontractors include Naton Engineering, Anderson Drilling, Hanson Spancrete Pacific, Saddleback Waterproofing, Comfort Systems, Mitsubishi Elevators, Collins Plumbing, Bergelectric, Western Fire Protection, Clark Steel, and McBride Door Hardware.
