Ware Malcomb provided architectural design services for this two-story, 21,690-sq-ft multi-tenant, Class “A” office building over 8,469-sq-ft “tuck under” parking. The property was built on an existing site that was under developed and is located near Orange County’s John Wayne Airport.
The general contractor for the project was KPRS Inc. of Brea.
Dove Street Office Building was designed to complement an adjacent existing office building. The design style is contemporary, characterized by steel frame, with glass and metal panel curtain wall. There is a double height lobby and entry feature stair that emphasizes the vertical and links the ground entry with the second floor lobby.
