Headquartered in San Diego, Hearst RealAge’s tenant improvements included office space, multiple conference rooms, a reception area, a kitchen, and an exercise room.
Glass partitions intermixed with level-four finish walls provided linear definition in the space. The project’s challenges included working in an occupied Class A office building, an aggressive schedule, radius soffits, and glass walls.
The project’s architect was Gensler, and subcontractors included Brady Co., SASS Electric, Control Air, Spooners Woodworks, Howards Rug, Windco Painting and Cement Cutting.
