Two 100-year-old oak trees (original to the site and preserved
through construction);
One 10-ton, 50-ft. glass mosaic European dragon sculpture;
One 20- ft. by 40-ft. koi pond, with about 60 multi-colored
fish;
One 10-ft., double-sided, stone-and-stucco gas fireplace,
with surround seating (similar to the one at Forest City's
Victoria Gardens outdoor mall in Rancho Cucamonga).
