Graham Downes Architecture Relocates

Graham Downes Architecture Inc., a San Diego-based, design-oriented architectural firm, has moved its office headquarters to BarrioHaus, a new mixed-use urban compound located at the corner of National and 16th avenues in the heart of the emerging San Diego inner-city neighborhood of Barrio Logan.

The firm previously had been headquartered at 770 11th Ave. in San Diego's downtown East Village neighborhood.

BarrioHaus, situated approximately 1 mi. southeast of downtown San Diego's Petco Park, encompasses a collection of buildings totaling 39,000 sq. ft. The campus is currently being built out to accommodate several uses, including office space targeted towards design practices, with individual units ranging from 1,200 to 5,000 sq. ft.; retail space ranging from 1,200 to 3,500 sq. ft. and restaurant space ranging from 1,200 to 3,500 sq. ft. Graham Downes Architecture occupies 9,000 sq. ft.
