Consulting Group Open Office in Santa Monica

San Diego-based Terra Costa Consulting Group has opened an office in Santa Monica, which will be managed by Dr. David Salter.

The firm specializes in the design and construction of earth retention systems and specialized foundations.

Salter joins Terra Costa from the Encino office of Schnabel Foundation Co., where he served as area manager and senior designer for the Schnabel's Los Angeles operations.
