Meridian and RealFoundations Form Alliance

FOLSOM -- Meridian Project Systems, a provider of software solutions for the real estate, construction and facilities, has formed a strategic alliance with RealFoundations, a management and technology-consulting firm focused on the real estate, homebuilding and construction industries.

The two firms will combine efforts to service corporate accounts adopting Proliance, a business process management solution for large enterprises that need to design, procure, construct and maintain large capital and real estate construction programs.

Designed for Fortune 1000 companies, government agencies, engineering and construction firms, Proliance is built on Web Services and XML technology. Proliance allows global companies to manage projects, programs and business processes across their organizations and external supply chains.

RealFoundations offers business process improvement, technology selection and recommendations, change management, program and project management, solution implementations and systems integration. MPS customers can also leverage RealFoundations' experience in delivering implementation and integration services for PeopleSoft and Oracle solutions.

Through this alliance agreement, MPS and RealFoundations will assist Proliance customers with implementation, installation, configuration and integration services. RealFoundations will also assist MPS customers by providing technology-consulting services to clients within real estate, construction and facility management.
