United Bakery Equipment Purchases Industrial Building for $3.1 Million

RANCHO DOMINGUEZ -- United Bakery Equipment, a bakery equipment manufacturer, has purchased a 59,070-sq. ft. industrial building in this city from Parker Hannifin Corp. The transaction was valued at $3.1 million.

United Bakery Equipment is slated to occupy the concrete tilt-up facility this month. The company will be relocating from a 30,000 sq. ft. building in Rancho Dominguez.

Jim Biondi and Terry Reitz, senior vice presidents with Grubb & Ellis' South Bay office, represented Cleveland, Ohio-based Parker Hannifin in the transaction. Ed Whitmore of Los Angeles Real Estate Management represented the buyer.
